How do I digitalize my company?

First of all, I think we should start digitalizing our company with documents.
There shouldn't be too much paper in our company because it tends to get lost. We should keep our information, contracts and remaining documents on the computer. Then, we should convey the information to employees via e-mail, not on paper. Then we should switch to a digital invoicing system and send invoices by e-mail. Then we should move from the wish complaint box to the suggestion system. Finally, every company that does the digitalization phase well will grow rapidly as it will optimize the collected data in the most accurate way.
